Day 1 — Fishing Village & Hon Yen Beach
Morning – Travel to the Coast
- Destination: Hon Yen Beach, Eastside Dak Lak
- Journey: 200km, approx. 5 hours
Afternoon – Fishing Village Experience
- Local Lunch: Have lunch at a local fishing village and discover traditional coastal life
- Fishing Craft: Experience how traditional fishing nets are hand-knotted, repaired, and structured using a shuttle and mesh gauge
Late Afternoon
- Check-in & Rest: Check in at a local homestay near the beach and take some time to rest
- Culture & Heritage: Encounter the historic fish sauce-making traditions of Yen Fish Sauce (Nuoc mam Yen), alongside deep-rooted maritime worship practices centered at Lang Ong Nhon Hoi, the local whale and fishing temple
Evening
- Beach Time: Spend a relaxed evening swimming and enjoying the beach
Day 2 — Hon Yen Coastal Ecosystem
Early Morning
- Sunrise at Hon Yen Island: Wake up early and head to Yen Island to catch the first light as the sun rises over the horizon. Self-guided, recommended for early risers.
Morning
- Local Market & Breakfast: Visit a local market, soak up the morning atmosphere, and enjoy delicious local food for breakfast
- Explore the Coastal Ecosystem: Experience the fragile marine and coastal ecosystem by traditional round bamboo basket boat. Observe local lobster farming, enjoy swimming and shallow-water snorkeling where conditions allow, and take a leisurely walk along the surrounding coastal paths

- Check Out: Return to the hotel and check out
