Our Bean to Cup tour with Y Bhiong was a wonderful experience and a day we will remember for a long time. From the moment he and our lovely driver picked us up, we felt warmly welcomed. We started at a coffee nursery, where Y Bhiong carefully explained how coffee grows from seed and how the young plants develop before being planted on a farm. He took so much time to show us everything and answer our many questions. He then took us to his village and welcomed us into his family home. A small tractor ride brought us to his own coffee farm, where we learned about healthy plants, pruning, ripe coffee cherries and the different plants growing alongside the coffee. We also visited the village’s water source and learned about its importance to the community. His insights into his Êđê culture made the day even more meaningful. Back at his home, his wife had prepared a delicious traditional lunch. Being invited into their home and meeting members of his family was something truly special. We were deeply touched by their kindness and hospitality. Y Bhiong also adapted the afternoon to our interests. As we had already visited Aeroco Farm the previous day, and my husband works with coffee professionally, he arranged for us to meet the owner instead of repeating the visit. We had an in-depth conversation about sourcing Vietnamese coffee and even received green coffee samples to roast back home. We really appreciated the effort he made to create such a valuable connection. We finished the day with a coffee he kindly treated us to before returning to our hotel. On the day of our tour, it was just the two of us, which gave us plenty of time for questions and conversation. What made the experience truly unforgettable, though, was Y Bhiong himself: his warmth, patience and dedication. We came away with a much deeper understanding of the coffee, the culture and the people behind it. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour with Greentraveller Dak Lak Tours and would book with Y Bhiong again without a moment’s hesitation. Thank you to him, his family and our wonderful driver for such a special day!Posted on Google![]()

Excellent experience all together, great people, love to go around with them. They understood perfectly what I was looking for from the very beginning. They adjust and provide all the options available. They have a great and deep knowledge of the whole Dak Lak province, their people, activities and culture. They offered a set of activities which fit my expectations perfectly while provide me with a great detail of local life, from free Elephants at the Nation Lak lake park, to deeply explore local Ede ethnic group habits as others. Sustainable agriculture experience, from coffee to cacao and other. You ask them and they'll arrange the best experience possible for you.Posted on Google![]()

I had a very interesting and fruitful trip with Green Traveller, in Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak, Vietnam - the coffee capital of Vietnam. I experienced the Ede ethnic group's culture very deeply there, and saw how well the elephants are preserved, along with gaining a deeper understanding of coffee. I am very happy and want to share this with you- all the traveller in Dak Lake, and would love for you to experience the same as I did😊Posted on Google![]()

The best elephant experience I’ve ever had! The guide and mahoot were caring and taught us many things. It respected the elephants by keeping them in nature and was the best condition of elephant life I have seen. Would recommend strongly!Posted on Google![]()

I visited Buon Ma Thuot in July, which is off-season tourist-wise. Greentraveller catered for me as a solo traveller, to enable me to enjoy the day trip experiencing Ede culture; and to visit coffee plantations and learn about all aspects of farming and production. My guide was a local, Y Bhiong who guided me expertly around the countryside on the back of his motorbike....this was fun in itself! The day was run at a relaxed pace; and Y Bhiong patiently answered my many questions, knowlegebly about coffee. The highlight for me was the guided tour of Aeroco, a prize winning producer of specialty coffee, by Tian. I really had a great day; and learned a lot!Posted on Google![]()

Had a wonderful trip in Buon Ma thout with Greentraveller. They were very kind, professional and accommodating. They took us to the right places, met the right people, and the coffee plantation tours were great! We also go to try traditional meals with an Ede family, and it was wonderful! I’d recommend Greentraveller to anyone travelling to Buon Ma thout ✨Posted on Google![]()

If you’re looking to experience the real Buon Ma Thuot beyond the usual tourist spots, I can’t recommend Greentraveller Dak Lak Tours enough. They customized a fantastic 2-day itinerary for us based on exactly what we wanted—to meet real coffee farmers and gain a deep understanding of Vietnam’s coffee culture. They absolutely delivered. We visited coffee farms, research institutes, and learned about the different coffee varieties, cultivation methods, and the journey from farm to cup. It was an incredibly authentic and educational experience for us. What made the trip even more special was the opportunity to experience the rich culture of the Êđê people. We visited local communities, learned about their traditions, and gained a much deeper appreciation of the region beyond just coffee. The entire experience was thoughtfully planned, personal, and immersive. It was without a doubt the highlight of our Vietnam trip. A huge thank you to the Greentraveller team for creating such a memorable experience. I highly recommend GreenTraveller for anyone who wants to explore the true heart of Vietnam’s coffee capital.Posted on Google![]()

Hello, thank you for your time and kindness in welcoming us into your home. I learned a lot, and it was really interesting to see how the locals live and eat. The meal was really good; I have nothing to say about that. Thanks to you, I made new Vietnamese friends. I think I'll go back to Vietnam with my mother and I really loved it.Posted on Google![]()
