Pick-up & Transfer

Pick up from your accommodation and transfer to a traditional Ede village, around 15 km from Buon Ma Thuot city.

Meet Your Local Farmer

Meet your local Ede farmer and travel by tractor through the village and countryside to the coffee farm.

Experience Life on the Farm

Walk through the coffee fields and learn how Ede families traditionally care for their farms. Depending on the season, you can join in daily farming activities such as watering, harvesting, weeding, planting, and more. You also can taste and learn about local vegetables, fruits, herbs, and other plants that grow alongside the coffee.

Traditional Meal With Ede Family

Return to a traditional Ede home and enjoy a home-cooked lunch with the family, prepared using fresh ingredients from their garden.

Share stories, learn about Ede traditions and culture, and experience the warmth of genuine Central Highlands hospitality.

Return to the City

After the experience, transfer back to Buon Ma Thuot city and end the tour.

Coffee & Durian Farm Walk

Visit our coffee and durian farm and learn about sustainable cultivation firsthand — from our multi-layer agroforestry system to soil regeneration and soil health. Walk the farm with the owner, ask questions in a live Q&A, and take photos among the durian trees in season.

Processing Area Visit

Visit the processing area and see the process where coffee is dried after harvest. Learn how post-harvest processing works, including different processing methods during the harvest season. Then try a hands-on session — learn to tell Arabica and Robusta apart and how to sort out defective beans.

Roasting Demonstration

Learn the basics of coffee roasting and watch it happen live in a roasting demonstration.

Coffee Cupping Session

Join a coffee cupping session and learn how to taste coffee like a pro — smell the aroma and check the flavor, acidity, body, and aftertaste.

End of Your Coffee Journey

We’ll wrap up with a group photo to remember your farm-to-cup journey!
